Client and objective
Rob Thomas and his team were preparing to launch the Chip Tooth Smile tour in support of his fourth solo studio album, released in April 2019 through Atlantic Records.
The core goals were to:
- Activate and educate fans about the new album and tour narrative.
- Offer exclusive content that rewarded superfans and drove repeat visits.
- Provide a persistent digital space that retained value even after the tour wrapped.
Solution: 360° interactive fan hub
We designed a 360° virtual gallery that functioned as an always-on fan hub and narrative experience.
Key experience elements:-
Immersive walkthrough gallery: Fans entered a virtual environment inspired by tour visuals and key art, navigating like a digital exhibit where each wall and zone related to a track, theme, or moment from the tour
